Riley Rodriquez started in fitness in 2016 when a doctor advised him to change his lifestyle. He lost 70lbs in 7 months and also gained 20lbs of muscle. Riley fell in love with fitness and decided to share his passion with others. After he earned his certification from ISSA and started training, he decided to specialize in high intensity interval training, strength and conditioning, building customized nutritional guides to fit individual fitness goals.
