Jill is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer who has immersed herself in the fitness industry for more than 32 years. Her professional history indicates positions such as CPT Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Certification, Group Fitness Instructor and Pilates Instructor. She also competed successfully in NPC Bodybuilding competitions placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in various competitions throughout Texas.
Her interest in fitness began at an early age as she found herself fascinated with Lou Ferrigno who some of you might remember as the original Hulk. This “interest” turned fitness career gained momentum in Spain where she was contracted to condition the Torrejon Air Base football team and women’s basketball team. She was also responsible for assisting military members to attain and maintain required physical fitness standards. Over the years she gained experience and knowledge in strength and resistance training, group fitness classes, sports nutrition and personal training. Her passion involves the total person concept combining core strength training with overall wellness.
As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, her goal is to create a comfortable, safe and encouraging atmosphere for her clients; assisting them to reshape their bodies and build their confidence. She has a deep love and compassion for people, with encouragement being one of her strongest assets. Couple that with her intentionality, perseverance and desire to ensure you reach your goals and you have a recipe for success.
