Cooper Langham is an instructor and fitness trainer from the Houston area with an immense passion for health and wellness. He has been involved with a variety of sports since he was a child, with a primary focus on competitive swimming. Since then, he has been involved in the fitness and sports industries as a swim coach and instructor, a fitness coach, and an aerobics instructor. He has spent five years training mind and body, including the time spent studying for a degree in Fitness, Recreation & Sports Management and maintaining a blog covering diet restrictions and general diet tips as a method of continual self-education. His certification (CFT) is from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and his fortes include mass gaining, strength training, weight loss, and general health. He has a passion for people and their health and wellbeing. His goal is to strive to make fitness and health understandable and obtainable for anyone and everyone.
