Cooper Langham is an instructor and fitness trainer from the Houston area with an immense passion for health and wellness. He has been involved with a variety of sports since he was a child, with a primary focus on competitive swimming. Since then, he has been involved in the fitness and sports industries as a swim coach and instructor, a fitness coach, and an aerobics instructor. He has spent five years training mind and body off and on, including four years studying for a degree in Fitness, Recreation & Sports Management and the maintenance of a blog covering diet restrictions and general diet tips as a method of continual self-education.
His fortes include mass gaining, strength training, weight loss, and general health. His goal is to strive to make fitness and health understandable, obtainable and affordable for everyone.
