Meet Brandon

“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training? What a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”  - Socrates

When I graduated from Wylie High School in ‘07 at the age of 17, I weighed in at a whopping 265 lbs. at an astounding 40% body fat. Without even realizing it, my sedentary lifestyle of junk food and video games had crept up on me, until one day I looked in the mirror and decided I was going to make some changes. How little I knew back then the effect it would have on my life!
I started lifting free weights with a couple friends and after about 5 years I had dropped about 30 lbs. and 10% body fat. I felt a lot stronger not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. In October of 2012 some family health issues made me decide to really give it my all. Over the next year and a half I researched nutrition and exercise science on my own and little by little made adjustments to maximize results. A year and a half later I weighed in at 182 lbs. at 14% body fat. The profound effect of this transformation left me feeling more confident in all endeavors in life than ever before and that's when I decided that I wanted to help others achieve the same results.

Since then I have attained my personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have become absorbed into the world of powerlifting and strength athletics in general. I have truly enjoyed helping individuals of all physical capacities achieve their goals. Whether it’s teaching the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition to a beginner or helping athletes push themselves that much further, I'll give it my all because whatever your goal is, it’s possible to achieve!
